Are
the justices on the Supreme Court afraid? Well, they seem to be by
their actions, and they should be. Recently President Trump called
Judge James Boasberg a "radical left lunatic of a judge, a troublemaker
and agitator who
was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President",
and he should be impeached. And I agree.
Chief Justice Roberts jumped into the political arena lashing out a saying:
..... impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose”..........
Established by whom? Since that's the remedy the Constitution offers, how did that stop becoming an appropriate solution? Once again the courts attempting to override the Constitution with rules of their own, and Roberts is a disgrace. Now Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who surpasses even Sotomayor as the dimmest wit on the bench, no small feat that, claims this is harassment and intimidation of the courts, and is encouraging these rogue judges to keep doing "what's right for the country", and that time would vindicate them.
Well, I think
that's telling and they're seeing the hand writing on the wall.
Congress controls the jurisdiction of the federal courts, and legislation is winding it's way through the system
to curtail these rogue political hacks masquerading as judges who are
committed to preventing Trump from carrying out his agenda. And a way
to end the lawfare insanity.
I've touted the idea of a Constitutional Amendment to have age and term
limits on the federal judiciary for years, it's now actually been
discussed as an option. This is a battle that's been long overdue, and
now that gauntlet has been picked up by an administration willing to do
battle.
Passivity leads to a policy of appeasement. Appeasement leads to the attainment of someone else’s goals.
There is some really good news. Trump is ending taxpayer funding for NPR and PBS, BRICS is collapsing, which I predicted from the beginning, more and more companies are committing to America, to the tune of billions of dollars, which is tariff driven. Trump is wanting to end all grant money to Harvard, and end their tax free status. All of this will end up in the courts, and all of these actions will be found illegal by the federal judiciary. That's the battle that needs to be fought.
Democrat poll numbers are in the toilet, and the Democrats are in total disarray. They thought it was just great fun when one of their nitwit brigade introduced articles of impeachment against Trump, and then realized what folly that was and abandoned him, and it looks as if he won't be elected next time out.
David Hogg, a complete radical, was made a Vice Charmian of the DNC, and now they're mad because he's being radical. Imagine that, and now they want him kicked off. But he's the representative of the young base of the party, and says he's not going without a fight. And if you had any doubts as to how radical he is, he's being supported by James Carville.
It's so bad might Democrat politicos become Republicans? Nah, ain't gonna happen. I keep coming back to Harry Truman who was criticized for not running more like a Republican. Harry said if the public has a choice between a Republican and a Republican, they’ll choose a Republican every time. In short, if they convert their base will abandon them, and the conservative base will not vote for them.
So, if they wish to remain elected officials, they have no choice but to remain Democrats. But it gets better. Any who would willingly become more moderate is being confronted by a younger and more radical leadership that will force them to become even more radically irrational, misanthropic, morally defective, and unelectable except in far left districts.
Making David Hogg a vice chair of the DNC is the clue as to who and what the Democrat party is and will be. And make no mistake, compliance will be compulsory. They will obey or else.My Commentaries
