I've updated this piece DAILY showing just how corrupt, and even treasonous, USAID has been, and the updates are getting so large I've tried to organize them into categories. At least as best as I can since so much of what they were doing overlapped. One thing is becoming clear to me as the information accumulates; in order to make sure it's all properly exposed I will have to do an individual piece on each category.
Have no doubt someone is going to prison, and the investigations will lead to - "let's make a deal" - by the flunkys and lackeys of these organizations who did the dirty work in order to avoid the full weight of the justice system upon them, Those deals will lead to the upper echelon of the Democrat party, these bureaucracies, and possibly some RINO's.

Trump the Barbarian, is the Deep State’s worst nightmare, and it's happening at such a fast pace, and over the entire federal bureaucracy, the Democrats can't act fast enough because the evidence coming out about how they've corrupted the bureaucracy is so vast they're incapable of mounting a credible response.

Yeah, the sky is falling all right, and some of them are going to jail.
How do they respond to China having spies in the White House, the massive corruption at USAID, even funding terrorists, and it turns out less than ten percent went to those who were deserving. They tried to resist efforts by DOGE to investigate their actions, but I keep seeing this idea they're in charge, not the President of the United States. They're learning they're not in charge. Initially
the Treasury department refused access to "classified information"
about their payment system, but they keep forgetting, the President of
the United States is the ultimate classifying authority, and if he says
someone is cleared, that's it, they're cleared! And now we know why
they resisted, to cover up what can't be defined as anything but
criminal activity. At the Treasury department is was discovered that
payment approval officers at the U.S. Treasury were simply
rubber-stamping all payment requests that were submitted to them. Musk Reveals Treasury Has Been Auto-Paying Everyone, ‘Even Known Terrorist Groups’, “They literally never denied a payment in their entire career.” Someone's going to jail over this.
Eighty eight FBI agents were escorted out of the FBI offices, and that's just the beginning. Fifty one traitors have their security clearances revoked, and there will be prosecutions there, not to mention resignations by the number, and it's expected this is going to generate some serious deals for lower echelon people to start talking, and that will go to the top of the Democrat pyramid.
The bureaucrats are unhappy, and claim they shouldn't have to go back to work. Outrageous, being in an office 40 hours a week. The head of the American Federation of Government Employees Union, Everett Kelly, explains:
“Purging the federal government of dedicated career federal employees will have vast, unintended consequences that will cause chaos for the Americans who depend on a functioning federal government,” Kelley said in a statement. “Between the flurry of anti-worker executive orders and policies, it is clear that the Trump administration’s goal is to turn the federal government into a toxic environment where workers cannot stay even if they want to.”
Something they just don't seem to get is Trump isn't taking over the Executive Branch, he "is" the Executive branch, the constitution says: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.
And we're hearing the lamentations of their women, and self styled "real conservatives", like Bill Kristol, who are leaches on the system, and he's not alone by any stretch of the imagination.
Bill Kristol, who has been receiving funding from USAID, claims Deep State Corruption....and ultimate bankruptcy.... is preferable to Trump state. Does anyone think that sounds sane? That's as stupid as Axelrod saying USAID cuts is more radical that any spending. More radical to whom? Those who are corruptly befitting from that spending? Certainly not for the American people. I can't wait for the criminal investigations to begin.
Now this from a man who I think is one of the weirdest human beings on the planet, Stephen King, saying Elon Musk is killing America, and has "quit Twitter because the “atmosphere has just become too toxic”'. Toxic? From Stephen King? Really? Now that is remarkable.
Then there's Senator Warner who claims Trump’s actions will create chaos on steroids, offering no credible argument to support such a claim, but what is credible is targeting of NGO and nonprofit slush funds could recover billions. That's not chaos for the American people, it's chaos for those who've been leeching off the America taxpayer with the support of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats, many of which need to be investigated and prosecuted. There's nothing like a good civil and/or criminal penalty to get people's heads on straight.
Why was the federal government funding grants to South Africa? Trump Cuts Off Funding to South Africa over Racial Land Confiscation. They're a murderous, brutal, corrupt far left racist government. Isn't that was the America left is supposed to be opposed to? The claim there are valid reasons to support this insane government but they are totally offset by their corruption, they politically motivated murders of white farmers, their unending support of Muslim terrorism against Israel, and have a cozy relationship with China and Russia. None of which does anything for America. If their population has a AIDS problem I think that's unfortunate, but how did that become our responsibility?
Remember when all this was snottily, smugly, and snarkily called "conspiracy theories"? Well, Senator John Kennedy recently noted:
"We need more conspiracy theories since all the old ones have turned out to be true - Conspiracy theorists are up like 37 to nothing."
Politicians may be driving this, and have been for years, but a new day is dawning, and it's the bureaucrats who have going to pay the penalty. I remember when 25 years ago or so the major league umpires went on strike, and the union told them to resign as a tactic to get MLB to agree to new terms.
Well,....that didn't work, and when the contract was finally signed, and those who followed their union reps advice, were out of jobs. As it turned out there were a lot of people who could do just as badly as they did, and cheaper.The same will be true after the dust settles and tens of thousands of bureaucrats are out looking for jobs and who in their right mind would hire them? What are their qualifications? They can sign their names on welfare checks.... maybe.... as long as it's not in cursive.
If there was any doubt there was going to be criminal action taken agaisnt these people, disabuse yourself of that, since now we know both USAID and the CIA were behind the impeachment of trump in 2019 all of which is absolute violation of federal law and considered treason. (More here)

Well, Donald Trump is President of the United States and the Deep State is in trouble, and the Democrat party is now facing a far more formidable foe than they've ever faced in their history since Abraham Lincoln. He's determined to crush the Deep State and after crushing USAID, he's going after the Department of Education, and with Pam Bondi confirmed as Attorney General, Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defense, along with Kash Patel sure to be confirmed as Director of the FBI, and Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence life in Washington DC is going to become frightening for the Deep State. Entertaining for the rest of us though as this will be a schadenfreude moment in time.
As for the bureaucracy; that can be dealt with as a budgetary issue. Since Chevron was overturned, it's going to be difficult to justify having all these mini dictators on the payroll, starting with the EPA.
Then simply ignore their schemes and hire and fire as necessary and let them sue. Just like Obama and Biden have done when federal law stands in opposition to their ideological schemes, immigration being the best example of that.
One more thing. Conservatives need to make overturning Sullivan a top priority. Once these lying media trash start getting sued for libel, things will start to go much smoother.
Both self confident people and arrogant people want to be right. The difference is self confident people are willing to accept correction in order to be right. Arrogant people will accept no correction, and all of these leftist halfwits are arrogant. Compile arrogance with ignorance, and you get Woke, and the sooner they get crushed the better.
Musk's DOGE team of clearly brilliant very young people (who have no connections with those corrupting the system) are just getting started and in less than two weeks have exposed such waste and fraud it's mind boggling....... again..... this was in less than two weeks! What will they be able to do over this next two years?
As for those who are benefiting from the all that waste, fraud, corruption, and unnecessary, and often vile government spending they're giving Trump, Musk and his team a lot of kickback. From this point on the position every conservative should take is to assume anyone standing against these efforts are corrupt, treasonous, and to be ignored, at least until charges are brought against them, since all this exposure may put them at risk of criminal prosecution.

The only thing about that I didn't like is I didn't say it. The federal bureaucracy is massive and expensive, spending unsustainable amounts of money for which they can't account, and that includes the Pentagon failing it's 7th audit in a row, unable to account for their spending in their $824 billion dollar budget.
They're out of control, and about 80% of them are unnecessary. Trump gets that and has made it clear the treasonous behavior from the bureaucracy during his first administration will be exposed and acted on this time.
The CIA interfered in the 2020 election colluding with the with Biden campaign over the Hunter Biden laptop, and it's believed that would have made a major difference, and they intended to do the same for the 2024 election. The Department of Justice has done everything it can to overturn the rule of law with corrupt judges even over turning what was always considered sacrosanct in American jurisprudence, attorney client privilege.
This became DOJ's standard operating procedure: corrupt lawfare, intimidation, and coercion, destroying the justice system’s integrity.
That's going come to an end now as the President has a mandate to drain these "cesspools of legal corruption nationwide, and we're already seeing the new Attorney General, Pam Bondi, in action. Beege Welborn says he's gonna have to get a nitro prescription or something saying his heart can't take much more. Why?
He says Bondi was confirmed at 12:00, sworn in by Clearance Thomas at 12:30, and unleashed hell at 12:40. No President has ever done so much in such a short time frame, or ever done it over a very wide range, and he's picked people who are on board with his views and came armed to the teeth to act on his vision. She's going to take a "legal scalpel and cut out the cancer at the DOJ.
Matthew G. Andersson asks do we have two legal systems, two governments, two countries? Yes, we did, and he says these who defiled American justice have no intention of going quietly into the night:
The Democrat party is committed to corrupting that legal system to block and subvert the will of the American people and their chosen government. That has a new form: the DNC has established and financed its “Democracy Forward” program, announced in the New York Times (“Democrats Draw Up an Entirely New Anti-Trump Battle Plan”). Their fantasy appears to be a subversive “second” government. This DNC program has hired eight hundred lawyers, with more to come, creating a “lawfare army” and taking this operation from the White House, to DNC controlled governorships.
They just have no idea who they're dealing with. Trump is past caring, and he will be going all out to crush them, and he's going to win.
During the Civil War the South had better generals and better soldiers at the start of the war. What they didn't have was bodies. The population in the North was much greater than in the South, and while the South humiliated the Union army at the beginning of the war that changed as the Northern troops became experienced, and Lincoln fired incompetent generals. From that point on Lincoln created a "attack everywhere" strategy the South simply couldn't counter because they didn't have the manpower or the needed supplies, and Lincoln made Grant the head of the Union army, the man he refused to fire for drinking "because he fights". A general who was capable of carrying out that plan.
That's exactly the strategy Trump is employing with the federal government in his attack on the Deep State. Those are the two winning points Trump has on his side.
- He's coming after them from many fronts. Eric Utter calls his strategy “Everything, Everywhere, All At Once” Not only is the Deep State in a state of shock, so too is the Democrat party and the media. You can almost see the panic in their eyes.
- He has his "generals" in place who like Grant, "they fight", who are willing and capable of carrying out his plans. "This is it. This is the big one. The Mother of All Battles."
Eric goes on to quote Thomas Payne who because of his pamphlet Common Sense some consider Payne to be the Father of the American Revolution because it "galvanized public support for the Revolution", saying:
"The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly; it is dearness only that gives everything its value. I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress and grow.”
As the DOGE team continues to expose how corrupt these bureaucracies have been, including potential charges of treason on the the horizon, the public is outraged. Anyone attacking Trump, the DOGE team, conservatives and the House and Senate hearing committees investigating all this is going to face a backlash, and they won't be able to counter that because the facts will speak for themselves, and the Pravda media won't be able to help them as it has almost no influence in America any longer. They've lied to America for decades and now they've been exposed, and America will not forget or forgive them for that.
The scale of corruption is off the charts and it turns out USAID has been funding the media, including the Trump hating Bill Kristol, and now that America is seeing where that money is going, America doesn't like it, including the vast sums wasted in what they call "foreign aid".
The swamp is going to be drained. There's wailing of doom and gloom in Washington insisting the nation can't survive these changes. But this didn't just happen. It went on for decades and both political parties passively participated it this growing cancer. And it's been an expensive cancer. The administrative state must be reformed, and now, because if it doesn't happen now, it won't happen, and that takes surgery with the leftists fighting against that with ever once of strength they can muster, including lies and personal attacks, and if what I'm reading is true, physical attacks also.
These agencies "colluded with the Democrat Party to take down Trump. Hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent by the administrative state and Democrats to defeat, impeach, and imprison President Trump. Government agencies also undermine the security and interests of the American people."

Let's
be clear, this cartoon wasn't meant to be a compliment to Trump, Musk,
or his DOGE team, but it is a reality many think is necessary and are
applauding the chainsaw approach. Only it isn't a chainsaw
approach.....it's an audit! An audit that's uncovering massive levels
of corruption and crime! All of which demands corrective action to stop
whats going on in the federal bureaucracies.
I think this isn't just an opportunity to bring these bureaucracies under control, it's an opportunity to take on the abuses by the federal judiciary, and the battle at the Treasury Department is going to be the acid test.
Initially a vile leftist judge attempted to block DOGE from having access to the Department of Treasury's records was the same character wh0 threw a 78 year old pro life woman into prison. Her order didn't prevent access entirely it merely limited that access to two DOGE employees, and imposed a "read only" access forbidding making any changes in their corrupt system of payments.
Then two days later in the Southern District of New York, where a ham sandwich could be charged with a crime and found guilty, Judge Paul Engelmayer responded to a complaint by 19 state's Attorney's General that what DOGE was doing "presents a unique security risk to the States and State residents whose data is held", which is interesting logic as a way to prevent exposure of fraud and criminal activity, and the judge bought into that somehow believing the federal judiciary can tell the President of the United State he can't oversee the departments he's responsible for under the Constitution. I'll tell you what, we'll come back to that.
Access was limited to “civil servants with a need for access … who have passed all background checks and security clearances and all information security training” required by laws and regulations”............
Not only has he entered a "no access" judgement, he's ordered the immediate destruction of all data they've obtained thus far, in spite of the fact they've shown massive levels of fraudulent payments. Why?
This ruling is absolutely insane, and it's illegal. His ruling was "issued ex parte, meaning the Trump administration, employers weren’t given notice, weren’t allowed to argue, weren’t even in the room. Only these, these Democrat attorneys general were heard. The judge cites no law or logic to support this really aggressive order........” Where in the Constitution does it give this judge the authority to ignore the rule of law and prevent the President of the United States and the new Secretary of the Treasury from having access to:
"any Treasury Department record, payment systems, or any other data systems maintained by the Treasury Department containing personally identifiable information and/or confidential financial information of payees, other than to civil servants with a need for access to perform their job duties within the Bureau of Fiscal Services.”
Their argument is the President of the United States, the head of the Executive Branch, and anyone he appoints to review what federal agencies are doing is illegal, but the actions by those already there, who were appointed by former Presidents, are legal. Does the word bizarre come to mind?
And it gets more bizarre as it was a "late-night order ", which should send up red flags right from the start, and this ruling continues to be more bizarre. Musk's DOGE team (which isn't a bunch of snot nosed kids as the media has portrayed them, and if the President of the United States clears them, then they're cleared as POTUS has ultimate clearance authority) has uncovered massive fraud at Treasury finding, just at this point, 100 billion dollars of fraud, and when Musk was asked how is it no one noticed and did nothing he retorted:
Treasury management cared enough before. I do want to credit the working level people in Treasury who have wanted to do this for many years, but have been stopped by prior management. Everything at Treasury was geared towards complain minimization. People who receive money don’t complain, but people who don’t receive money (especially fraudsters) complain very loudly, so the fraud was allowed to continue.
Remember, these are the management people are the only people Judge Paul Engelmayer says should have access to department data, and the changes the President wants made to prevent all that fraud must not be implemented.

Francis Menton permits me to publish his work, and this piece appeared at his Manhattan Contrarian last week, Democracy: What You Think It Means Versus What The Establishment Thinks, disputing this idea that DOGE is an illegal power grab asking:
Is there any organization in the country where the CEO and his staff don’t have access to the “central payment system” and the “personnel data”? How can any organization operate without that?............So Glasser joins Marcus in thinking that there is some significance to the fact that Musk is “unelected.” Do they not realize that the federal executive branch consists of only one elected person and another several million all of whom are un-elected? In summary, these people have been reduced to meaningless sputtering. They desperately want what Trump and Musk are doing to be an “illegal power grab,” but they can’t even think of or articulate a reason why.
In Menton's article, Kindergarten Konstitutional Law Comes To The Southern District Of New York, he notes "Article II of the Constitution is the line that describes the President’s main job: “[H]e shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed”, he then asks:
Is the federal judge taking the position that in the name of enforcing the Take Care Clause, it is the role of the judiciary to oversee whatever the President does with the executive power that the Constitution vests in him? Is there some extra-legal notion that the federal judge should seize the power to put on the brakes when a President with questionable judgment is moving too fast?
By what constitutional provision does
this judge assume such power? None, and that is the basis for
challenging this ruling that no court can sever Presidential supervision mandated by
Article II’.
J.D. Vance Reminds Activist Judges to Stay in Their Lane “If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal,”.... “If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that’s also illegal. Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.”...........These frivolous lawsuits are akin to children throwing pasta at the wall to see if it will stick. …
This activist judge has resorted to locking the Senate-confirmed Secretary of Treasury out of his role. It’s absurd and judicial overreach,” .........““Grandstanding government efficiency speaks volumes about those who’d rather delay much-needed change with legal shenanigans than work with the Trump Administration of ridding the government of waste, fraud, and abuse.”
Judges have intervened to limit Trump’s early efforts related to:
- Birthright citizenship
- Sweeping spending freezes
- Government-wide resignation program, and the relocation transgender prison inmates.
- Another judge blocked Trump from putting 2,200 USAID workers on leave.
Eric Utter, one of my favorite writers states that which should be obvious to the most casual observer. These agencies "squandered" the taxpayers money, stole their freedom, dignity, along with their confidence and trust in America's government, without "which no society can long endure", even "forcing us to pay public servants and members of the mainstream media to lie to us."
Deep Staters have engaged in lying, obfuscation, gaslighting, projection, misuse of funds, and taxation without representation … for starters. No person with a conscience and an IQ over 50 should ever again access, let alone trust, the legacy media. Similarly, members of the Uniparty should be shown the door, as well.
Moreover, we cannot allow a single, unelected judge to stay the duly elected president’s hand and obstruct the will of the people to satisfy his own personal agenda … and/or vendetta. This is Banana Republic stuff, a clown show like no other.
But make no mistake, they represent a major danger. The left is in complete meltdown, screaming insanely to prevent what American's want Trump to do, end the corruption and reign in government, and do something about the 37 trillion dollars of national debt, which represents a death knell to the nation if left unchecked.

It's time for conservatives to challenge the overreach of the federal judiciary. Where there's clear abuse, as we've seen in the Engelmayer decision, it's my view Trump needs to take the view, they made their decisions, now let them enforce them.
As for impeaching these misfits, in all of American history there only been 15 judges who were impeached, and only eight were convicted. Conviction is impossible now. The real answer is a constitution amendment to end life time appointments to the federal judiciary, one of the biggest mistakes made by the founding fathers, and what were seeing right now is what many of the founders warned against from the beginning.
As for right now what the Senate can do is start hearings regarding the overreach and abuses of the federal judiciary. Force these judges to sit before the Judiciary Committee and explain how they came to their decisions, and show where in the Constitution it gives them authority for those decisions. Remember, the Constitution gives the Congress the authority to determine the jurisdiction of the federal judiciary, and it's long overdue they exercised it, and if contempt of Congress charges are necessary for compliance, then so be it. It's time to rattle cages, as there may never be another opportunity.

Andrea Widburg states correctly that Trump’s attack on the Deep State is spectacular and almost certainly legal, and we should just sit back and enjoy the screams and lamentations of the leftists as their taxpayer-funded boondoggle finally comes to an end.

still falsely claims January 6 was an insurrection, are now doing
everything they can think of to stop Trump's agenda to expose the
Democrat party's corruption in the federal government, including shutting down the government. But that is a good thing, that will make it easier to get rid of them.
The Democrat Party is more like Democrat Party Inc. No longer a political party, it's a criminal organization. Like the mob they want the money, and that takes power. They've scrapped every positive policy in favor of corruption and globalism, and scream tyranny when Trump demands competence, accountability, transparency, and election integrity.

The Democrats will continue to obstruct with lies, and unfounded charges that generate emotional responses, since they know they can't hold on to power without a corrupted bureaucracy in place, and they've a lot of allies in the bureaucracy who will do whatever it takes to prevent their political demise. One climate change’ officer vowed to resist Trump’s reforms, and if it hasn't already happened, at some point he's fired.
We're hearing talk of the Democrats forming a "Shadow Government", but they already had one: The federal bureaucracy. But that's going to be dismantled as a result of the end of the Chevron Doctrine, and Trump's dismantling these agencies. And done so quickly and so thoroughly it's prompted Democrat Governors, and Congress members to from a 'Shadow Government', a government that has absolutely no Constitutional foundation. The party of "no one is above the law", and the January 6th protest was an insurrection as great or not greater than the Civil War, is "stepping right up to the line of open rebellion", openly making plans to "resist constitutionally established authority".
Elected officials are telling government agencies to defy Trump's DEI directives, and within the bureaucracy, including the ATF, attempting to subvert Trump's directives, by disguising their DEI programs, or like the the FBI sweeping their DEI scheme under the rug, and the Pentagon freaking out trying to hide the evidence of the DEI schemes. But this isn't going to work like it did his first term, and he's made it clear there will be "adverse consequences for failing to report obfuscated programs." This is like a hurricane as has never been seen sweeping away all in its path, and if it hasn't happened already, it won't be long before they're going to hear "the two words" that are the vertebrae and ribs of the Trump administration:
"You're Fired".
