The Kamala Policy Conundrum

Is the honeymoon over for Kamala the Messiah?  She became the "Democrats’ de facto nominee without receiving one presidential primary vote in her infamous political career." Her radical-left record, the failures of this administration are following her, and it's being noticed, hence the desire to make that record disappear.   She's not doing interviews because she looks like an idiot.  It's not the media she has to impress, they've already sold their integrity, it's the public, and that's not happening.

 According to some she had no brand that identifies her, as a result it's being claimed the GOP Doesn’t Know How to Deal with Harris Because She Changes Positions.   Well, that's just not true.  Maybe Mitt, Liz, Kasich, Bill Kristol, George Will, and McConnell would have trouble defining her, but Trump and Vance won't have a bit of trouble defining who and what she is. 

Kamala Harris has a radical record, and it's coming back to haunt the Democrat party, especially since at times her positions bounce back and forth.

Abolishing private insurance and impose the same failed system of universal healthcare that "worked so well" for Canada and the UK.

Packing the Supreme Court and subordinating it to the Executive.Rule by executive order.  Federal control of education at all levels. Favored victim group “rights” take precedence over everyone else.  Mandating equity—equality of outcomes—rather than equality of opportunity.

And that's the tip of the iceberg, but she hey, let's not too judgemental, after all the media assured us she didn't really mean any of that!   She was merely trying to appease the left, i.e. fool them into believing she supports their views.  But now she's different.   Yes sir, now she's trying to fool the rest of America.   But here's the reality of these leftist misfits, No Matter How Often Leftism Fails, True Believers Never Face The Consequences:  

No ideology in modern history has failed more drastically and with greater damage than leftism, yet in America and abroad, the new leftists march on, undeterred by the past.  Modern political history shows that these same people almost always avoid any personal liability for the destruction that they’ve wrought. In the Soviet countries, this mindset prevailed until the collapse of that abominable regime in 1991, but not before oppressing, enslaving, and murdering millions.

Unfortunately, this worldview persists even today. Adherence to ideological purity is valued above empirical evidence and objective truth, and is particularly prevalent among miseducated Western leftists who “identify as secular,” whereas those of us who believe in G-d are labeled “superstitious.” These are the archetypical “godless commies.” By traditional standards, they display appalling behavior. Fyodor Dostoyevsky, who had experience with this, once said, “If there is no G-d, everything is permitted.”  It's time out from the wall-to-wall celebration of Kamala Harris, “Democracy” and “Republic” are just magic words that political hypnotists use to put the voters into a trance.

Voters want the Executive branch and Congress to work together but they have no idea how that’s to be done when the philosophical divide between them is so enormous. 

 

There's one side who wants to spend far more than we have, borrow more than we can repay, and they want to do it all the way until oblivion. The end result is the destruction of the nation, and tyranny.

 

A second side merely wants to slow oblivion down.  As I've said for many years when asked what's the difference between the Democrats and the Republicans is the Democrats want all your money and want to totally control our lives, and they want it now.  The Republicans are willing to wait a week or two, but that's now changing, and rapidly.

 

Then we have a third group wants to hold expenditures to current levels and a fourth group that wants to reverse to the whole process by cutting expenditures dramatically and dismantling huge sections of an overbearing, intrusive, incompetent, corrupt government that interprets the Constitution in such a way that makes society the servant and they the masters instead of the reverse. 

 

We now have an amazingly unique situation in America.  The nation has a President who is openly being called the stupidest President in history, saving Jimmy Carter from that distinction, who has dropped out of the 2024 election race, and now his Vice President, who's even dumber and more incompetent than he, wants the job and her party is now fully committed to getting it for her.   This is a candidate with no managerial skills at all, as 92% of her staff  left in her first three years in that office.  Even in Washington that's gotta be a record.

One thing should be abundantly clear is Kamala and her party really don't like America, Americans, freedom, and they really don't like the Constitution.

 

The Democrats don’t like America, claiming it's formation was an abomination, and will do whatever they can to turn America into an collectivist state, embracing a worldwide tyrannical socialist form of global governance controlling every aspect of our lives, creating an obedient unquestioning society.

This is part three in this series:  July 3o, Kamala Now Reigneth! and July 26, So, It's Kamala? Really? Then We Need a Little History Lesson! 

In a recent meeting of Kamala Harris' election staff  a lot of concern was expressed about her history.  What she's done, and what she's said isn't what America is or likes, and the Republicans and conservative media isn't holding back about her history.   How can we whitewash that history was the theme of the meeting they speculated.  

Nothing was working since that darned conservative alternative media just won't play along with their all new Messianic Kamala theme.  They just keep pointing out all of her flawed history, and character.

So, there was a lot of discussion on how to whitewash her history.  Did I say discussion?  Nah, there was a lot of glumness, mumbling, confusion, head scratching, and shoulder shrugging until one of the staffers excitedly jumped up and said....Wait, wait!  I know, I know!  Let's call the Men in Black department and borrow their  "Neuralyzer".  That way we can wipe out years of memory for everyone in the world.  A cheer went up, followed by excited laughter with high fives and self congratulatory smiles all around.  

 

Afterward Kamala came into the room they excitedly told her of their idea, and she was outraged!  She demanded to know why they took so long to come up with this great idea?  

Okay, yeah, that's a load of snarky satirical horsepucky, and it never happened, but the fact is, the "Neuralyzer" is the only thing that could to prevent Kamala's history from crushing her, and it doesn't exist. 

 

She been described as nasty, foul mouthed, unwilling to accept the blame, always accuses her staff for her failure to be prepared, shallow, moronic, unintelligent, unserious, lazy, ambitious far beyond her abilities, with a resume that should have prevented her from ever holding any public office. 

 

The Biden/Harris administration has all but destroyed the greatest military force the world has ever known. She refuses to attend the daily presidential intelligence briefings because it's believed she's incapable of understanding what's being presented, and confused as to what do do about any of it.  Her world view is so flawed shegives her seal of approval for  the Venezuela election.  After all, what's a little vote fraud amongst fraudsters? 

 

She's a Marxist, and that's going to be the thrust of everything said about her. Get over it!

The fact is Kamala is the symptom, and the Democrat party is America's greatest threat in their efforts to infiltrate and subvert every American institution into promoters of far left.  For those who wish to whitewash who Kamala is and was, and are demanding everyone stop picking on her, Kurt Schlichter has the perfect response, Nothing Is Out Of Bounds In Attacking Kackling Kamala saying:

 

One of the challenges of defeating Kamala Harris is figuring out just what to slam her on. There are so many powerful lines of attack to use against this leftist hack that it takes some consideration to figure out which is the most effective. But already, some Republicans are trying to help leftists place some of the most potent attacks are being put off limits. We’re being told there are certain things we just can’t say about her. We’re not supposed to mention that she’s a goofy weirdo with an evil laugh.  We’re not supposed to mention she’s an incompetent DEI hire. The rap on this line of attack is that it will turn off squishy suburban women ........... Why should we ignore appealing to them to avoid offending people who will never support us? ........... It’s all about getting voters a complete picture of this nightmare woman. It’s not about being nice ....... Nothing is off the table...... Kamala Harris is a clown but a dangerous one who can absolutely win this election .......... If you don’t have the stones to play rough, maybe you should go play a different game. This is all about winning.

The fact is no one  no one wanted Kamala, but Joe being Joe wasn't going out into the night quietly.  Since they forced him out of the election, and he made sure he could exact revenge on all of them by endorsing her as the Democrat nominee, and now, very reluctantly, Schumer, Pelosi, and Obama who knows she's incompetent, but he knew that about Biden in 2020, but their bench is so outrageously radical, he was their best shot, and they still needed massive levels of voter fraud to get him "elected", just like Maduro in Venezuela.  Then, all the rest have concluded there's nothing they can do but endorse her also.  

 

The rock and the hard place, and they brought it on themselves when they chose these two nitwits in 202o.   Let's face it, none of these people are the brightest pebbles in the brook.

American Politics and The World as I See It!

Unfortunately, much of what the left has engaged in isn’t illegal. While the leftist/Democrat/media cabal’s actions are lies, blatantly corrupt and dishonorable, that’s isn't necessarily illegal, especially for the media that's been protected by the Supreme Courts 1964 unconstitutional ruling in New York Times v. Sullivan.  Otherwise, with some limitations, being scum is an American right via freedom of speech.

However, I’ve no doubt much of what they’ve done is hidden, and I believe it will be discovered, and when it is, I believe it’s most likely illegal. But to expose it will take a mad dog in a meat market Attorney General conducting a massive nationwide RICO investigation to bring it all into the light. But, we’ll see.

Having said that, 1928 was a seminal year in American election history, the greatest president of the 20th century, Calvin Coolidge, decided not to run, as he hated being President, and that brought in Herbert Hoover setting off a disastrous chain of events we’re still dealing with.

Well, this election is going to be a seminal year in American election history also. Both parties have old leaders who have fed at the public trough for decades, and they’re done, and even gone, if Trump is elected. The left is bereft of any sense of sanity in it’s younger members, AOC being the perfect example, and the Republicans are shedding their RINO leftists, exemplified by Mitt Romney and Liz Chaney, and it appears those who John McCain called “Whacko Birds” are now ascendant.

But, we’ll see!

I keep reading about Joe all of a sudden finding an honor gene in his genetic code because he chose to "put the nation ahead of himself" by stepping aside in his re-election campaign, but I don’t think he has is one. 

They picked an amazingly dishonorable, stupid, selfish, and corrupt man as their leader, got him elected through voter fraud, more corruption, and now they expected him to act honorably. Imagine that, I’m shocked, shocked I tell you! “C’mon man”, that’s not who Joe Biden is.  That's why he endorsed Kamala, the candidate no one wanted, and now they're stuck with her, all in order to stick to Obama, Pelosi and the rest forcing them all to very reluctantly support her, and eat a lot of crow in the process.

He’ll now hide in his basement until it’s all over, pardon Hunter, his brother, and any others of the Biden crime family for all he can pardon them for, and then try to avoid jail himself by having himself declared mentally incompetent, just like Harry Helmsley, and that will be the only truthful thing in this mess.

He could care less about the rest of his party, who as a party are as equally dishonorable, stupid, selfish, and corrupt. It’s all about self interest on the part of all of them, none of which is “enlightened” self interest, and now that he's quit, they have an even bigger problem.

Either way, it’s all about the down card now, the White House is lost to them as their bench is even worse than Joe, but with or without Joe, their down card is going down this election, and one of the major driving forces is going to be what to do about Islamists in America, and those who Muslims who wish to migrate to America. 

Islam isn’t a religion, it’s a criminal, political movement masquerading as a religion. They’re not going to assimilate, they’re not going to renounce violence, and they’re not ever going to stop trying to force Sharia law as the law of the land and eliminate the Constitution. That’s Islam, and there’s almost 1500 years of history to prove it. 

Reenact the McCarran Walters Act of 1952 which prohibited the immigration of Islamists, and deport as many Muslims, along with all illegal immigrants as is legally possible, and close the border entirely until this mess is fixed. Uncontrolled immigration isn’t a human right. Those who’ve come here and committed crimes…deported!

Another issue that's going to have to be addressed is foreign aid, and foreign relations as a whole, and does anyone really believe Kamala has a clue about foreign policy?  Joe was involved most of his adult life and he never got anything about foreign relations right in over fifty years.   She's even less capable.

The problem with foreign aid is in principle, and in application. Over the years what we’ve seen is billions of dollars wasted keeping tyrants in power. Why?  Make no mistake, there’s a economic gain for big multinational corporations, but whether or not it benefits America is highly subjective. There’s all this talk about China and Russia getting chummy with African nations to America’s detriment, and America needs to step up and give them more money.

Hogwash!

Africa is now and has always been a politically unstable continent and we’ve spent billions there and now a new group of African tyrants are kicking America out. Where was the value? And why did we have military bases in these nations in the first place? To keep tyrants in power? That’s not our place, that’s not our job, and it’s a waste of American manpower and money. Who is really benefiting from all that?

And it won’t be long before China and Russia will be on the dirty end of the stick, especially since both are broke, neither are natural capital generating nations, and both are communist bullies that befoul any agreements just as China has done with their Belt and Road schemes.

The left is comprised of two groups. For this group of leftist/democrats/socialist nitwit citizens who are arrogant, smug, and ignorant living in a echo chamber of head nodders. Worse yet, they arrogant about their ignorance.

The second group, which seems to me to have become the controlling element in this party, are openly hate filled monsters who wish to “fundamentally” change the nation into a state controlled tyranny.

The first group aren’t the brightest pebbles in the brook, and can’t be persuaded to change, only experience in life will do that, and that seems to be happening for many of them.

The second group can’t be changed. They’re the McCarthy traitors committed to the destruction of the American identity, the American culture, the American economy, all in order attain their intimate goal: The destruction of the Constitution and imposing in a world wide system of governance under the auspices of the UN, and controlled by China.

Who is Kamala Harris?  Well, let's start out with this quote:

True, that quote was meant as a snarc, but all that must really be true.  How do we know?  Well as as Mike McDaniel says the media just can't stop praising her. 

 

Yesterday she was as incomprehensible as Joe Biden, but without the excuse of dementia, and today she’s the ultimate, highest-ranking expression of DEI virtue ever.   DEI is the most noble, virtuous height to which human beings can reach, yet anyone mentioning Kamala’s towering achievement is racist and sexist. Kamala has innumerable accomplishments as Vice President, yet she doesn’t. On the Afghanistan debacle, she was the “last person in the room,” Biden’s indispensable adviser, yet suddenly, she had nothing to do with Afghanistan.

 

So, it must be true!  Right?  After all, the media wouldn't lie!  Would they?   Hmmmmm, perhaps we might wish to explore that.

 

On July the Wall Street Journal, which used to be a good newspaper before the Murdoch's bought it, claimed Kamala was now leading Trump by two percentage points, while Trump was leading Biden by six.  It was noted:

Propagandists working on behalf of Kamala Harris are trying to introduce her as Obama 2.0: As a “person of color,” she would not only be the first woman president but the first African-American black woman. Except that, like Obama, she is mixed race. And she’s not African-American, either. Her father, Donald Harris, is described as African-Jamaican. Her birth mother was from India. Am I permitted to report this?  Not only is her father a “combative” retired “Marxist” professor of economics, his family owned slaves.

The media’s goal is to untie Kamala from her history.  In his article The Kamala Coverup Begins  Daniel Greenfield Daniel Greenfield quotes George Orwell in his book 1984 saying:

 “Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book has been rewritten, every picture has been repainted… And that process is continuing day by day and minute by minute.”

He goes on to say:

This is what the media did with Obama. It more casually tried to do this with Biden, but never really committed to it because he wasn’t seen as an ideological champion, but as the seat-warmer and placeholder he proved to be. Kamala has however now been branded as an ideological champion which means that history must be urgently rewritten and a cult of personality manufactured

Kamala, whose been noted for give speeches that were incomprehensible word salads now give speeches that blow the media away.  And now we're finding this ‘Orwellian’ trend to obfuscate the reality of Kamala, including her failure as the "border czar", claiming she really wasn't the Border Czar.   In fact, according to the media, the "czar" title is a Republican invention, yet CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC called her the ‘Border Czar’.

As media gears itself up to not only suppress the truth about Kamala, and the fact she was one of the most far left Senators in the Congress, they want it to cease to exist.  She not only should be exempt from criticism, anyone who does criticize her is a racist, and telling the truth about Kamala is extremely offensive and dehumanizing’. But it's okay for Joy Reid to say "people of color’ who do not vote for Harris are "real weird".  Yet Black Lives Matter is up set at her "promotion".

At this point the media is all in to conspire to make Kamala Harris something she is not. Acceptable to America. You see, all those extremists views and associations she associated herself with weren't really sincere.  Not really what she believed.   She was just trying to appease the left, and now she's different.  They're gaslighting America, and it's all an effort to distract us from the real Kamala, which Barbara Boxer, a full fledged leftist nitwit, calls Kamala "mainstream".   Yeah, sure, and that stream runs right through the now defunct USSR. 

It's clear the media is totally corrupt, historically ignorant, and logically challenged. Has it ever been different? No! In days gone by the media, which consisted of newspapers only, lied, postured and supported the same kind of clowns who are in office now. 

 

The only real difference was they were open in their biases. The media managed to convince people by getting a degree in journalism it made them impartial distributors of "truth". That was a lie from the beginning! 

 

It wasn't that long ago the media proclaimed loud and clear Biden was sharp as a tack, and totally engaged in the affairs of the nation, and Kamala was a nitwit.   After the debate it became clear Biden was the demented loser conservatives said he was, and then.... Shazam... Kamala was the new Democrat Messiah,:

 

The most gifted, compelling, and beatific woman ever to grace the planet. She is nothing less than a female messiah. To besmirch the Lightbringer 2.0 in any way, shape, or form would be an assault on all things decent and beautiful."......... She isn’t the Messiah. She’s a mess.... 

 

When I see them continuously spewing out all the leftist claptrap they espouse, the lies, the misdirection, the misrepresentation of facts, the projection, and logical fallacies, all in spite of all the historical evidence that shows these views are irrational, misanthropic and morally defective, I have to wonder if they aren't insane. I know they're corrupt, irrational, morally defective, and untruthful, but are they sane? 

 

P&D and The Week That Was

Okay, today's edition is going to start with this article, A Soldier to the End: The Story Behind ‘The Personal Memoirs of Ulysses S. Grant’.  I knew the facts about Grant and how Mark Twain admired him so much he wanted to make sure his financial future was secure, but there's a lot more to this story, and there's a lot of emotion to this story I wasn't aware of, and the author captures it.  Unlike all the articles I publish or link I don't have any particular point I'm trying to make by presenting this piece, I just thought it was inspiring, and perhaps that's my point. We can always use some inspiration. 

This week news has been consumed by the assassination attempt on Donald Trump's life, and the outrageous conduct of the Secret Service.  I have two pieces on this discussing all the aspects of that event, including the speculations.  As a result of posting the discussions on the potential of a second shooter a friend of mine asked if I thought this was another "grassy knoll" scenario.  I don't, certainly not at this point.  

The speculation of a second shooter is predicated on..... speculation!   While that's where all investigations have to start, there has to be far more evidence than is being presented now. Also, if there was a second shooter then the kid would have been the patsy, and the second shooter would have been a real shooter, and I have no doubt a real shooter wouldn't have missed at that distance. 

From that distance it would take about a second for the bullet to reach it's target, and his shot would have focused on the center of his head, and a slight movement wouldn't have mattered,  and after the kid missed, that would have meant there was time for a second shot before he was covered.  

 

Here's what I do believe.  Before this plays out I think we're going to be surprised at what went on with this and I'm convinced the Secret Service and the FBI, at least at the leadership level, have deliberately been remiss in their duties in hopes he will be killed.

 The fact of the matter is no one trusts the FBI.   Local law enforcement is even refusing to work with them over their DEI hires and what they perceive as the FBI's concept of "law enforcement" is now politically driven versus legally driven.  And for the same reasons the Congress doubts any credible investigation by the FBI or the DHS, who are heading up the investigation.  

•  A ‘Warren Report’ isn’t going to fly in 2024 
• Congress Must Appoint An Independent Investigator For The Assassination Attempt

The four rules of life always apply.   People will always be people.  The patterns of life repeat over and over again.  Everything is the basics.  Culture is king.  And I do wish more people read history books.  

Then there's Kamala.  Break out the popcorn folks, this is going to be a clown show, a four month situation comedy playing out daily exposing the corruption and stupidity of the Democrat party, the media, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, the Deep State, their billionaire donors, Kamala Harris, and the lack of depth of quality, the radical character, and serious lack intelligence and corruption of the Democrat party as a whole.  

 

The Democrats are very poor judges of character - How hard was it by 2015 for the political class to know, at the core of their beings, that Joe Biden was a despicable man?  Everyone in Congress knew it.  They all knew he was a pathological liar, a greedy SOB for whom money was his singular motivation for everything he said and did.  They all knew he was a racist.  Long before he attempted to humiliate the great Clarence Thomas, he was mentored by Robert Byrd, once an “Exalted Cyclops” of the KKK.  Biden was terrified of his children going to school with blacks, which is why he adamantly opposed bussing.  But, even after two previous attempts to become president and failing, once for plagiarizing Neil Kinnock’s speech, he was selected by the Democrat party to be installed in order to prevent Bernie Sanders from becoming the Democrat candidate in 2019......

Watching Kamala and the nitwit brigade embracing, justifying, and defending the disaster Joe Biden and his administration has been to America, will be both outrageous, and hilarious.  And it starts with their insane claim he's the greatest President since George Washington.  

So..what's not to like? 

It Really is Time to Revisit New York Times v. Sullivan

 Last year Jack Hellner, one of my favorite writers, published this piece asking, Shouldn't most media outlets be sueable?, saying how the media has deliberately and knowingly lied about Russia and Trump, have deliberately "disregarded the truth" for years, have promoted "witch hunts", and supported people like Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell spreading their lies saying:

They disenfranchised the voters that supported Trump by falsely calling him an illegitimate President. The interference in elections by the American media dwarfed anything Russia, China, and Iran have ever done..........

The media (acting as the public relations, propaganda department of the Democrat party) deliberately and collectively decided they needed to destroy Rep. Matt Gaetz.

CNN has breathlessly covered purported allegations of sexual misconduct against Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and the FBI investigation into said purported allegations, and now, thanks to Project Veritas, we know that a great deal of that coverage is driven by a desire to destroy Gaetz. CNN Technical Director Charlie Chester said the network is “going to keep running those stories to keep hurting him,” because “He’s a problem for the Democratic Party because he’s so conservative.” 

More  good reasons to revisit Sullivan v New York Times!  Although in this case, I think showing "actual malice" would be easy to prove, but it shouldn't be necessary, and it gets worse:

And their corruption isn't just attacking individuals they don't like, they defend the indefensible with projection, red herring fallacies, lies of commission and lies of commission.

• A CNN employee continues to give away devastating trade secrets
• CNN 'fesses up: Reporting promotes Black Lives Matter movement

Jurists are coming to the conclusion Sullivan needs fixed as a "Defiant Federal Judge Calls Out the Media-Democrat Complex, saying: 

One D.C. Circuit jurist pulled no punches as he sounded the alarm on ‘one-party control of the press and media.’   The flak only gets heavy when you’re over the target.”.... Judge Laurence Silberman, the formidable senior jurist on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, as a result of the dissent he filed in a recent libel case. .........Judge Silberman had the audacity to notice that the mainstream media function as an adjunct of the Democratic Party.......... 

The judge stated emphatically the New York Times v. Sullivan decision, just like the Chevron Deference, was without any constitution justification allowing the court to:

 "supplant the traditional state common law of defamation with a rule, speciously claimed to be mandated by the First Amendment, that requires defamed public figures to prove actual malice — i.e., to prove that any libelous statements were intentionally false or made with reckless disregard for their falsity."  

He went on to say:

This daunting burden makes it virtually impossible for public figures — including private persons who are transmogrified into celebrities by the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence — to sue successfully, even in cases where they have been slandered with false information ........

Justice Clarence Thomas, who I consider the finest jurist to sit on the Supreme court in my 78 years of life, "Calls for Reconsideration of Landmark Libel Ruling", saying:

Justice Clarence Thomas on Tuesday called for the Supreme Court to reconsider New York Times v. Sullivan, the landmark 1964 ruling interpreting the First Amendment to make it hard for public officials to prevail in libel suits.  He said the decision had no basis in the Constitution as it was understood by the people who drafted and ratified it...... “New York Times and the court’s decisions extending it were policy-driven decisions masquerading as constitutional law,”.............

 

It's understandable how this court could twist media corruption into a First Amendment issue when you see who made up the Court that made that unanimous decision:

 

William J. Brennan Jr.,  Hugo L. Black,  Tom C. Clark  William O. Douglas   Arthur J. Goldberg,  John Marshall Harlan, and Earl Warren.

 

Potter Stewart was notorious for insisting it was the Supreme Court who decides what the Constitution means, and in order to come up with the insane decisions they've come up with they created

 

 The Constitution says the Congress determines the jurisdiction of the federal courts.

 

It appears this twisted ruling may change.  Now we're seeing that Trump's lawsuit against Stephanopoulos for defamation can go forward, and rightly so:

  

A federal judge on Wednesday refused to dismiss former President Donald Trump’s lawsuit against ABC News and George Stephanopoulos over the anchor’s assertion that a jury concluded Trump had “raped” E. Jean Carroll....

NBC is being sued fro 30 million big bucks, for making  ‘verifiably false’ statements about physician by Rachel Maddow, Nicolle Wallace, and Chris Hayes.  

Nick Sandmann sued for the Washington Post for $275 million.  The Post capitulated and agreed to an undisclosed settlement, but irrespective of how much was, and based on the reaction of Sandmann's family it was substantial, but the real victory was in the confirmation they lied, and they deliberately lied to promote a false narrative.

Charlie Rose in his recent article, Overturning New York Times v. Sullivan, stated:

....this decision is celebrated as a great victory for the First Amendment and free speech. That’s nonsense. After Sullivan, media corporations filled with professional writers, supposedly dedicated to reporting the truth, were granted government protection to bear false witness against public figures.

This is especially damaging for political figures. As media-propagated lies spread, for example, from the NYT to other established news outlets, our political candidates and leaders are powerless to stop the spread or punish those who broadcast damaging false information. This poisonous discourse opens the floodgates to lies and, dare I say, disinformation, to the point where the Pulitzer Prize Board can confidently award a major news organization for publishing lies.

Sullivan unleashed onto America a corp of corrupt media liars who worked to destroy the lives of people they disapproved of, and it's time to end this insanity and force the media to live by the same standards as the rest of America.  No one should be above the law!  After all, isn't that their unending meme while going after Trump, his allies and the J6 defendants, with lies?

So, It's Kamala? Really? Then We Need a Little History Lesson!

Editor's Note:  This will be the first in a series dealing with the history of Kamala.  I've saved a lot of articles, published a lot of articles, and written a lot of articles dealing with Kamala's incompetence and stupidity.   As the media raptures their spleens hiding the real Kamala, I will be exposing the real Kamala, and it won't be pretty.  RK

Kamala is going to be confronted with the Biden administration polices, all of which she supported, and all of which she will have to defend, with cackles of self immolation, it behooves us to take a look a their policies, starting with three of America's three greatest enemies, China, Iran, and Russia.

China, Iran, and Russia have economies that are paper tigers, stunningly fragile. None of whom can stand too much interruption without crumbling.  Trump understood that, and if the 2020 election hadn't been stolen his successful polices would have continued and so much of what's going on right now wouldn't have happened.  Geopolitics and economics go hand in hand.

Neither Obama, Biden, Harris, nor any in their circular firing squad cabal get that, or refuse to admit it.  Unfortunately, having such a circular firing squad in charge in Washington is the real flaw in the scenario being painted here. 

Khamenei, Putin, and Xi took Biden's measure and knew him to be weak, indecisive, incompetent and a not-so-bright stumble bum, and on that was on the best of occasions, and easily intimidated.  In the case of China, it seems clear he was on the take.

It also seemed clear to to me Biden was going to be the Democrat Nominee, and truthfully, I didn't think he'd buckle and would stay in the race no matter what.   But his dementia must be progressing so badly even Jill and Hunter realized he couldn't go on.   

Well, now that he's out the Democrats are choosing an even more amazingly weak, stupid, selfish, incompetent and calloused replacement.  Kamala Harris!  And now they're pretty much stuck between the rock and the hard place in a disaster of their own making.   And I also have no doubt Khamenei, Putin, and Xi, believe she can be bullied.  And I also think they can kick her to the curb without breaking a sweat. 

 You will find this piece by Victor Davis Hanson interesting, The Nature of Chinese Contempt for Us, demonstrating the impact of an American foreign policy predicated on self loathing.

An adoring corrupt media allowed Kamala to get away with playing the phony tough arrogant bully role in the Kavanaugh hearings, but that won't float with Khamenei, Putin, and Xi, they're past masters at it. 

Trump could do it an get away with it because they knew they weren't dealing with a checkers player like Obama.  They were facing a multidimensional chess player in Trump, one with guts, one who fights.  Neither Obama, Biden, Harris, or the teams of misfits surrounding them are capable of dealing with any of those three at that level.  They're not even playing checkers, they're playing 52 pick up. 

The media wouldn't be able to protect Harris from these guys, nor can they protect her from consequences of her failures, which are already monumental, and I have no doubt would be even more monumental if elected.  She would crumble like tin foil.

If she has to debate Trump, she will be tin foil, even with the support of an excuse making media.  But no matter what, they're going to try just as hard as they can, just like Joe Biden high on medication, fixated and irrational. 

In the beginning of the Biden administration I ran a three part Kamala Harris Weekly series.  n Kamala Harris Weekly, Part I, I stated she was going to be a 25th Amendment President. Well, it almost happened, but the thinking behind that statement proved valid.  That was followed by a list of linked articles showing what a disaster she is.  Further noting:

Biden and Harris are a disaster domestically and internationally.  These two misfits are going to make both Jimmy Carter and Obama look brilliant.  Unfortunately the sane people of America will have to suffer right along with the 45% who think this false President is doing a good job.  Tomorrow I'll cover his European trip, which was as successful for America as was Kamala's trip to Central America, both of which were an embarrassment, and neither of them recognize just how stupid and incompetent they are.

Kamala Harris Weekly, Part II continued in that vein.  Remember, this was the view of Kamala from the media showing her radical views as an antisemite, a racist, someone total unconcerned over  illegal immigration, and how she hates America. Cackling like a fiend right up until now, with

Kamala Harris Watch, Part III confirming her irrational and radical positions, and the left is cheering as if someone great and wonderful just walked in the room.

Don't let the cheering fool you.  People without a solid moral foundation have meandering values that allow them to rationalize their reversion to acts of self interest and corruption.   Oliver Cromwell defeated a corrupt King in 1651, and then had to dissolve Parliament in 1653 for becoming corrupt for their own ends.  Here's one of my favorite quotes from Oliver Cromwell, that is totally applicable to our modern day state of corruption. 

“It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place, which you have dishonored by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice; ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government; ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.

Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess? Ye have no more religion than my horse; gold is your God; which of you have not barter'd your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?

Ye sordid prostitutes have you not defil'd this sacred place, and turn'd the Lord's temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices? Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation; you were deputed here by the people to get grievances redress'd, are yourselves gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors.

In the name of God, go!"

This Election Will Be One of America's Most Historic

I've stated, and believed, the most important election in the 20th century was the 1928 election.  was in my view the greatest President in the 2oth century.  When Harding died he assumed the Presidency two years in, and was elected in 2024.  He could have served another term in 2028, but he hated being President and refused to run.  

became President and set a chain of events into motion leading to   All that's finally being challenged after almost 100 years of the Deep State, massive spending, massive borrowing, and the eventual complete take over of the Democrat party by extreme leftists embracing each of the 1963 published forty five communist goals to destroy America.

In 2018 I predicted there was going to be a blood bath for both the Democrat and Republican parties.  The Democrats in elections, and Republicans in their primaries. That’s happening, albeit much more slowly than I initially predicted.

But this election is the kicker. Trump now controls the Republican party. The “old guard” has been pushed to the side line and are either retiring or not running because Republican voters, with the exception of a few states, won't tolerate TDS any longer.   

I keep coming back to this. After all the rhetoric, all the rationale being offered by pundits, the fact is American’s like Trump for the same reason Lincoln refused to fire Grant. He fights!

The RINO's are America's equivalent of the UK Tories.  Great at promises they never intended on keeping, all the while claiming they're conservatives, never seeing any insane leftist issue they couldn't make their own.   Like John Kasich who claimed he had the right to define conservatism as he saw fit, so he supported Joe Biden in 2020 because Trump was a false conservative. 

Since the RINO cabal has been exposed as Democrats is sheep's clothing, the McCain"whacko bird" conservatives are taking over.

The Democrat party is completely controlled by the Obama cabal.  All tyrants, all racists, all radicals, all socialists, all traitors, all antisemites, all anti Israel, and all this antisemitism isn't playing well with Americans.

Netanyahu's speech before Congress was brilliant in the subliminal message he presented saying, “Our enemies are your enemies, our fight is your fight, and our victory will be your victory."  That was a message that Israel is the canary in the coal mine, and as of this moment is the front line in defense of western civilization.

The idea of a religious war is anathema to western civilization, but western civilization doesn’t get to pick. If a religious movement says they hate you, and want to kill you because you’re an unbeliever, you should believe them and act accordingly. That’s Islam, and Islam won’t stop on it’s own. It’s a religious war.

After this election I believe all that's going to be challenged because their core is a nightmare, and their bench is disastrous, and it was in 2016 with Hillary, and being epitomized by Harris.  They chose Biden because he was the least offensive and still needed massive levels of voter fraud to put them in the White House, and the Obama bench is even weaker than before to the point of non existence.

I've no doubt Kennedy will be back in the Democrat camp by 2028 and could very well be their nominee, along with others like this governor could very well find themselves in leadership positions by then also.   If Kennedy gets back in and takes a leadership role, I think we could very well see RINO conversions to the Kennedy cabal, as Democrats, or a third party mixture of upset Democrats, RINO's, and independents.  

One thing I think is clear, there will be a massive restructuring of both parties.  But, as the journalist said in movie, Charlie Wilson's War, we'll see.

Who Were the Secret Service Protecting?

Well, finally one of the incompetents Biden appointed to an important position has resigned for her incompetence.  Or was it incompetence?  

• FACT-CHECK: Female Secret Service Applicants Are NOT Held to ‘Same Standards’ as Men.

Kimberly Cheatle has resigned after testifying she believed she was the best person around to keep heading up the Secret Service.  Why?  Because she was pretty much bereft of defenders, even Democrats attacked her.  Were there other reasons for her resignation?  Only time will tell. 

In the meanwhile there are questions be asked based on what is now absolutely known, and one writer even wondered who Secret Service thought they were there to protect, Trump or Crooks.

1. He wandered without hindrance at the rally.
2. He settled in the most obvious location for his shot, and was observed doing so 20 minutes before the shooting, of which the Secret Service was aware.  One officer had Crooks point a gun at him and he fell off the roof, before the shooting.  That alone should have triggered an assault on Crooks.
   
3. Two officers abandoned their post in spite of that knowledge.
4. He was carrying a rifle, and he was carrying a range finder and the Secret Service knew about it.
5. Ordinary citizens tried to warn police and were ignored.
   
6. Police claimed they told the Secret Service, and they did nothing.
   
7. The Secret Service had previously identified that location as the best location for an assassination attempt and it was not guarded.  A location he managed to get to and shoot Trump without hindrance.
8. The Beaver County sniper team saw and photographed him a full four minutes before the shooting. 
9.  When the Secret Service sniper saw him on the roof with a rifle why didn't they shoot?  We now know there were a full 26 minutes to prevent the assassin from shooting at Trump.  It's also reported "at least one sniper/spotter team had the assassin in their sights for some three minutes but were denied clearance to shoot".  If that's true, then who refused permission to shoot, and why?  Is this failure by the Secret Service just blatant incompetence on the part of the Secret Service, or was it more?

All this was known to the Secret Service and yet no one prevented Trump from standing up in front of that audience, which is standard operating procedure in that kind of situation, allowing Trump to be Crooks' target, and no one prevented Crooks from setting up his target.  And now there's talk about evidence of a second shooter.

All nine bullet points outline serious violations of the operational procedures for the Secret Service giving way to the question: Who were they protecting? 

•  Geo-Tracking Reveals Thomas Crooks’ Link To DC - Now, the Oversight Project, a watchdog group with the Heritage Foundation, released a report that could potentially link Thomas Crooks, a relatively unknown figure until now, to critical locations in the Washington D.C. area. According to the group’s findings, geo-tracking data from various devices suggests that Crooks had been in close proximity to key sites, including the FBI headquarters and Allegheny Arms—a location of particular interest to investigators.
• Pennsylvania Police Commissioner Reveals That Three More Individuals Were Identified as Suspicious Prior to the Assassination Attempt - The Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner, Colonel Christopher Paris, disclosed that not one, but four individuals were flagged as suspicious during former President Donald Trump’s rally at Butler, PA on July 13, 2024.......

As the story unfolds there's a lot of disturbing facts emerging indicating planning, advanced technology, and potential unexplained connections, along with a awful lot of unexplained security reactions.   I'm now convinced this is a story that has tentacles that reach farther, deeper, and wider than I initially thought, and it needs to be investigated far more seriously than it is, since the FBI and the DHS are taking on that responsibility, and no one trusts them.  I think it's not unreasonable to say there won't be a proper investigation until Trump is elected.   

 So, what do we have here?  Another conspiracy theory?   Let's try and get this right once, just once, please.  There's a difference between conspiracy theorists and those who believe in conspiracies.  Conspiracy theorists create these unfounded scenarios in order to try and make sense of a complicated world.  Whereas those who believe in conspiracies have read a history book..... or two, and they know all this clabber about how there's not such thing as a conspiracy, ergo, conspiracies don't exist, just isn't true!  There have been secret plans, i.e., conspiracies, throughout human history.  There's no reason to believe anything have changed.  People will be people, and the patterns of life repeat over and over again.

So, what do we have here?  Another conspiracy theory?  Well, that's how all conspiracies are exposed, by theorizing they exist, and then investigated, that's science.   In this case criminal science.  And time has shown an awful lot of these conspiracy theories turn out to be conspiracy fact.  However, let's not obfuscate this fact.  There' just no end to the rank incompetence in the Biden administration, and no matter what else is likely to be uncovered, that's blatantly obvious.
