Abortion: Clarity is More Important Than Agreement

I have a ton of drafts in my files, and I keep trying to organize them.  While doing so there are times I find an old draft I didn't publish, which is how I came across this article, Analyst Infanticide argument shouldn't surprise, discussing a position being propounded in the Journal of Medical Ethics, titled, “After-birth abortion: why should the baby live?”

Shocked yet?  If not…give this a little time…because a lot more is coming. In this article he outlines their views by saying:

They claim the child is not a person until they are capable of understanding they are a sentient being and until then “the interests of actual people over-ride the interest of merely potential people. 

Gualberto Garcia Jones, of Personhood USA, said the statements in the article should not shock to anybody, as they have been the same views advocated by Peter Singer, a bioethics professor at Princeton who also has argued for the right to kill infants.  Jones pointed out that Singer is a Laureate Professor at the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at the University of Melbourne, where Minerva teaches.

Last year appearing on “Up with Chris Hayes” Singer said.  A person is a being with some awareness of who they are, existing beyond simply the physical organism.  When asked if that would exclude a four month old baby, he said, Possibly. I don’t think that’s problematic to say a four month old baby is not actually a person, that’s simply true.

This isn’t some new and startling view just now being adopted because our consciences have been seared by millions of abortions n American. He notes that;

Singer wrote as long ago as 1979:  Human babies are not born self-aware, or capable of grasping that they exist over time. They are not persons.” In 1993, he stated that newborns should not be considered a person until after at least 30 days after birth and doctors should kill some disabled babies immediately.” The slippery slope everyone warned of years ago was already foundational to their thinking. It is also more wide spread than we might think. 

He goes on to say; Peter Breen, founder of the Thomas More Society, says the problem with the premise is there is no way to have a firm definition of when one should qualify for legal protection. “The logical conclusion of saying that someone’s life is worth less at one month after birth rather than later is where do you draw the line. You either have the right to life or you don’t.

Now note this:

He went on to say that the authors were simply following the logical progression that began when abortion was legalized in the 1970s.  In the beginning abortion advocates said the child was simply a lump of cells. Then with ultrasound technology it became obvious that wasn’t so,” Breen said.  Then the argument moved to suggesting that it was acceptable to abort a child out of the womb such as partial birth abortion, to finally refusing medical care for a child who survives a ‘botched’ abortion.”

First of all, once a baby is born it's an American citizen, including a baby that survives an abortion, and is entitled to rights as an American citizen.  It absolutely is murder to fail to do everything to help that baby to survive.  While some in the pro-abortion community would deny it, a key element in the movement to move person hood beyond birth is a lack of belief that human beings are unique creatures made in the image of God.

The terms Pro-life and Pro-Choice are misnomers adopted by the media. Pro-Life people are not pro-life. They are anti-abortion. The media and the left are so fond of pointing out how as a group seem to support the death penalty, claiming hypocrisy. They are opposed to the murder of innocent life. Those who face the death penalty are being executed for heinous crimes. They are not innocent and they will not be murdered.

Those who support abortion are not Pro-Choice, they are pro-abortion. They support the murder of innocent life while emotionally and dramatically opposing the death penalty for those who lack every vestige of innocence due to their actions. Who are the hypocrites? Which group sounds insane to you?

Let’s not have any mistakes over this:

There is only one reason to be in support of abortion; you don’t believe it is murder.
There is only one reason to be against abortion; you believe it is murder!
There is only one reason to believe that abortion is murder and you believe in God!
There is only one reason to believe that abortion isn’t murder and you don’t believe in God!

Of course it really depends on who your God is! In ancient times it was common practice to sacrifice infants to the various Baal gods of the ancient Canaanites, and even as late as first century BCE when the Carthaginians fought the Romans this was practiced. It is believed that Hannibal had an older brother sacrificed in such a manner. Why? Because they believed this would guarantee good harvests and good fortune for their people. It was an economic issue.

Why is society presumably doing this today? Because if may impact the lives of the women economically or emotionally if they're not allowed to murder their unborn child.   We moderns with our scientific rhetoric and psycho babble are as guilty of murder as were the ignorant ancients. They did it in the name of their gods.  We do it proving we have no God.

The World as I See It!

One thing is clear, no President has ever moved faster, more definitively, or more successfully in his first week than has Trump, and has the entire left on their heels clueless what to do, other than claim everything he's doing is illegal and suing him.  That's been tried before, and that got him the Presidency.  As Kurt Schlichter says, Trump’s Winning Streak Is Totally Discombobulating The Democrats, saying:

Donald Trump has not only gotten inside their OODA Loop – observe, orient, decide, and act – but he’s taking their loop and is running around with it like one of those old-timey kids rolling a hoop with a stick. This is amazing. This is glorious. Summon a surgeon – it’s been a little over a week and you’re supposed to call the doctor after just four hours.......

Carole Hornsby Haynes asks if Trump knows what he's doing by going to war with the gender identity crowd saying:

Trump’s ban has triggered a meltdown from liberals, proclaiming the end of “our democracy” (we have a constitutional republic, not a democracy).  The real reason for their hissy fits is that they know they have lost control and have no idea how to regain it. There is more to the liberal rage.  The ban on gender ideology will likely collapse the vast financial empire spawned by the transgender movement in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), the pharmaceutical industry, and the medical “profession.”

Have you've ever wondered how this became such a big thing?  Well.... she follows the money making it clear these vermin are willing to destroy an untold number of children's lives for profit.   What's worse, they had the support of the Merritt Garland's Department of Justice  which was:

...... fiercely determined to support the surgical and chemical mutilation of children in the name of “gender affirming care.” Woe betide any who got in their way, like Dr. Eithan Haim, an honest man who had the misfortune to do part of his residency at Houston’s Texas Children’s Hospital.  ...............This enraged the DOJ, who immediately charged Haim with violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) by releasing information about children still being abused by the hospital. 

It’s legal to disclose protected information to stop serious medical misconduct, but that was of no concern to the DOJ. It was quickly discovered that the information Haim provided fully redacted the names and other identifying information of the children. There was no way to know who the children or their parents were. He didn’t violate HIPAA. That didn’t matter to the DOJ...............Sane Americans would consider exposing physicians and others doing permanent harm to mentally confused kids a good and necessary thing, but not the Garland DOJ. As Americans have come to expect, there were further irregularities in the DOJ’s lunatic pursuit of Dr. Haim........

I so often hear the left declare we have to embrace some scheme or other because "it's for the children".  Hogwash, mostly what they promote is "to the children", and it's destroying civilization, and that's their goal.  John M. Grondelski's article, Democrats for Infanticide,  

Big Abortion plays word games because it knows that if the unvarnished truth was spoken, Americans would be revulsed by the whole sordid business.  The U.S. Senate took up S.6, the “Born-Alive Survivors Protection Act.” The vote was 52-47, a majority but not the 60 votes needed to end a filibuster. So, the bill failed.

The Born-Alive Survivors Protection Act required that if a baby is born alive during a third-trimester abortion (i.e., in months 6-9 of pregnancy), that baby should be provided medical care and allowed to live. Every Senate Democrat said “no.”

Abortion, especially in states that have “codified” Roe, allow third trimester abortions for any reason. Don’t let the propagandists say they are “rare” and sought only in medical distress. They occur and often occur for the same reasons abortions are procured at other stages of pregnancy: because the child interferes with the mother’s social or economic condition, not her life or the result of criminal assault.

 If a child is born alive it's an American citizen with Constitutionally "guaranteed" protection for life, liberty, pursuit of happiness...unless these vile Democrats and murdering leftist abortionist don't like that idea.  When they murder these live births someone needs to make it a criminal case, and drive it all the way to SCOTUS. 

This is a war, and the backbone of the left has been the media, but that's changing, and conservative publishing is making a comeback, and while this deals with books, that's true over the broad range of published material, especially the media, which is going through a metamorphosis from the old myrmidons of the left to new champions of "truth, justice, and the American way", just like Superman, at least the Superman of the 50's.  

The White House is taking control of the Press Briefing Room making changes that will be detrimental to the Pravda media now having received more than 7000 applications for "new media" seats.  Things are going to change. 

Do you think lawfare is done?  Think again, and it will take a massive effort by Trump's new Department of Justice to bring these miscreants under control, and hopefully some of them to prison.   

 Mike McDaniel asks, Will California succeed in secession?   He goes on to say say California is so delusional they think they can go it alone.  He then goes on to show just how stupid these nitwits are.  Well, I have an idea, how about this?  Let them secede, and take Oregon and Washington with them.  Then declare war on them, conquer them, turn them into territories with no Congressional representation, or the right to vote, and a Territorial Governor appointed by the President enforcing martial law.  Sounds like a winner to me, waddayathink?

Amy Wax and her lawsuit against Penn is back in the news, and Mike McDaniel says Penn's antisemitism is going to cost them.  I've followed and posted pieces about this from the beginning, and it was clear from the beginning Amy Wax was not a person to the trifled with. She won't give up, and she won't compromise, and Penn is in my opinion, like most of the big name universities, filled with academic sewer trout.  Here's my article on this, Amy Wax Is the Rock in the Current!

Much of this antisemitism is the result of so many Muslim students causing problems at these universities, and the money being thrown at the universities by rich Muslim nations.  Trump isn't going to allow this as Dershowitz says, "it's good to see Trump acting on these antisemites abusing their visas....they're not "entitled" to be here", and they have no "right" to be here.  

As for the deportation of illegal aliens destroying our economy, because there'll be no one to pick the berries, I gotta ask....Do they really believe that?  Well, that's an old failed argument, after all, if slaves were freed who would pick the cotton? 

Finally, France is going to send troops to Greenland, which is interesting since the French keep throwing out their governments on a monthly basis, and they've just been kicked out of all their former African colonies, so now they're going to declare war on the United States? And Denmark is going to defend against America with dog sleds.  Laughing rolling on the ground emoji here.

Bill Maher Thinks Abortion is a Good Thing Because Kids Are Expensive

Every once in a while Maher actually gets something right and the conservative media can't wait to tout it. In my view getting something right once in a while doesn't give someone a pass on the rest of life, as a result I'm loathe to link or quote anything he does get right.  I think he's just as evil as the rest of the left.   Recently Bill Maher came out saying those struggling with inflation should be the biggest proponents of abortion because kids are expensive.

In April I posted this piece, Defining Leftist Moral Boundaries. That's Easy, They Don't Exist!, noting he views abortion as a good thing because there's just too many people on the planet. So why not get rid of old people, retarded people, crippled people, and how about those who really irritate us?  Just like the Chinese who murder opponents and harvest their organs for transplantation.  After all, there just way too many people on the planet, so what's the big deal?   Right?

The fact is abortion has become the central focus on the left's campaign against conservatives. Here in Ohio that's an unending drum beat by Sherrod Brown. It's my view Abortion Is The Murder of The Innocent Unborn.

We're genetically coded to protect children, even with our own lives, and I think that applies to the unborn, and I also think most people believe that, at least on an emotional level, but find it intellectually difficult to overcome the drumbeat from the left and Pravda media, that murdering the unborn is healthcare, and is a special right exclusive only to women without any interference from society.   And we thought the pagans who threw their children into burning pits to appease Baal were sick and vile. 

If you can get women to believe murdering their unborn children is acceptable because it's a right, and it's "health care", there's no limit to vile things they will accept.

Abortion Is The Murder of The Innocent Unborn

Well, it turns out the debate didn't matter after all. The world in general felt Trump won, and the Pravda media assures us Kamala "destroyed" Trump!  But, tell me, did anyone think they would say anything different?  You can't breath the fumes of the leftist fever swamps for so long and still be sane, but, in spite of the leftist fever swamps,  the polls remain the same.  

Why?  

The nation knows what Trump stands for, so it was incumbent on Kamala to explain her views on the economy, which the Biden/Harris has done all they can to destroy, and in no way could she show how America is better off now than it was four years ago, and their unending harping about the "right" to murder the innocent unborn isn't going to move people.  

My personal view is abortion is absolutely vile, and this excuse being used by heretics claiming while they personally don't support abortion but they will "respect" others right to murder the innocent unborn is rank gutless hypocrisy, and heresy, so, for the most part they're silent, and silence denotes agreement.

Trump and JD Vance should have the courage to stand up as a massive rocks in current of public opinion and tell the world abortion is unacceptable, and why, destroying the lies, challenging their false narratives, and it's not all that hard, which I intend to demonstrate here.   

That's not being pragmatic?  Well, there's a time for pragmatism, but not on abortion.  How about this.  Would saying, "I'm personally opposed to slavery, but it's okay if my neighbors have slaves,"  be acceptable?  I'm betting not!

In Arizona there's a drive to make abortion legal via an abortion "rights" bill, and the pro-abortion forces are upset the pamphlet being put out "can refer to an embryo or fetus as an "unborn human being,"  and sued.  The Arizona Supreme Court disagreed with the abortionists saying that wording would stand, and what was the response from abortion supporters?    The voter's will see through attempts to say the unborn are people!  I'll tell you what, we'll come back to that.

Nancy Pelosi, that self proclaimed devout Catholic, has declared, before she stabbed Biden in the back, that if he won (transfer that to Kamala) and they take the Congress, they will enshrine Roe v. Wade and eliminate the filibuster for abortion in the Senate.   Remember this is the crowd that screams Trump will make abortion illegal via federal law, so, why is that wrong and this right?  Pelosi's view of those who don't support abortion?  They don't respect the dignity and worth of every person.   Imagine that, but murdering unborn children shows dignity and respect for every person.  Person....that's the key, and ask yourself,  how can that be construed as anything except pure evil, and she's not alone.

Obama asked for God’s blessing upon Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry.  Stacey Abrams claims she’s pro-abortion, and according to her she's a devout follower of Christ, and claims this isn't a religious or moral issue.   It's a medical issue!   And her faith helped her come to that conclusion.  

Amazing!  

I remember when Dennis Kucinich, who for all of his life opposed abortion, then all of sudden he had an epiphany that abortion wasn't so bad after all, when he stupidly believed in 2008 Democrats might vote for him as their nominee as President.

If there ever was a more ignorant, less intelligent, or more corrupt group of minds in the world than the nitwits and The View, it would have to be the United Nations.  Whoopi Goldberg, with her vast knowledge and understanding of the Bible claims the Sixth Commandment "you shall not kill" isn't applicable as an argument against abortion because we go to war and kill people all the time.  The problem for Whoopi, and so many other Biblical illiterates, is the Hebrew word used in the Sixth Commandment means murder, not kill, and the ancient texts make that distinction, and abortion is murder.   And the rape or incest argument doesn't alter that. Why must the be baby murdered for the crimes of adults?  

Now let's address their unending go to argument in support of abortion, claiming that abortion must be legal in cases where the mother's life is at risk.  Well, first off, the choice is the "potential" death of a mother, versus the "actual" death of an unborn child. That's defined clearly and correctly.  But the question that absolutely must be raised is: How often does that occur?   

"After all the screeching that 'women will die' without abortion, where are the dead women? ...........Another report here and again, no number of deaths. If there were many, we would certainly know".........And another report saying three times as many mothers will die and yet again no actual number of deaths........I am skeptical of any report that just gives percentages without giving actual numbers.  We also never see the number of deaths of viable children in late term abortions. That would be a good number to know. We just get told there are very few".   But no matter how many that may be, we do know, those numbers do exist versus their claims regarding the deaths of women, which not exist, because if there was just one, they would tout that unendingly, and they're not.  "I bet there are at least three times the number of viable children who die in states with unlimited abortions as those who die where there are limits." 

On April 30, 2024 Ingrid Skop Apr 30, 2024, a board-certified obstetrician who has delivered over 5000 babies stated that she has never had to perform an abortion to save a woman's life.  So, if that's true, and I do believe it is, so, what we have here is a slippery slop to promote the murder of the innocent unborn with scams of "whataboutism"!  And we can be assured that's the goal as American College of OBGYNs calls for no limits on abortion.  What a vile, and corrupt group of moral degenerates.   Skop's rebuttal to that?  

We are witnessing, in real time, a vocal, political takeover of a scientific community that represents the most honorable and beautiful profession, responsible for safely bringing new life into the world. I wish ACOG would realize that their promotion of elective abortion without limits isn’t reflective of the views of their own members, considering 86-93 percent of practicing obstetricians will not perform an elective abortion.

So the question that must be in everyone's mind is if that's not the view of their members, how can their trade association (and make no mistake about it, that's what ACOG is) take such a stand? 

I owned by own pest control company for over 30 years, and was heavily involved in my industry's affairs and I can assure you trade associations go off in directions that are unacceptable because the choices for large trade associations leadership are rigged, especially if they're a national organization, such as this one.  

No person with the grit to be the rock in the current will ever be in charge, except rarely, and if any did take charge and fix things, after they're gone, the invertebrates will be back in charge and undo all the good done.  It's the go along to get along crowd who are in charge, and that's an affliction that's universal.  

Part II: Abortion is Satanic

I've been writing about abortion for many years, and all that's going on right now makes it clear I need to focus on this subject far more than I have, here are recent pieces.

I've had discussions, and read discussions about the value of the politically pragmatic approach to end abortion.  And truthfully, I understand their views, I just don't agree with them.  Let me amend that. I seriously don't agree with them.

One person stated we have to change the culture to change the politics, and they cite the leftist long march through America's institutions, including the military, which took more than 125 years in America, and further back for the institutions of the rest of the western world, especially education.  They're suggesting a conservative long march.  Foundationally I agree, except that long march argument is a logical fallacy.   Accepting a long march approach to fix abortion means a massive number of the innocent unborn children are going to being murdered, and who knows what accommodations will be acceptable at the end of that march.  And there will be exceptions, make no mistake about that.  How do I know that?  Simple, I've read a history book or two, and that's a pattern that's plays out over and over again. 

Tucker Carlson had an interview with Naomi Wolfe on his website, here. In the interview, starting at about the 30 minute mark, Wolfe and Carlson start talking about something I think needs to be considered...a lot...  the influence of Satan (spiritual evil) on recent world events.  I didn’t expect to hear anyone say this, let alone two people, on a popular program. It happens to be what I believe, but not what I would expect anyone else to be thinking about or expressing concern about.

According to Wolfe, "the worldwide scale of the pandemic reaction argues against any kind of conscious conspiracy. There are too many people involved from places that have different cultures, languages, and traditions. There is no way that many people with such disparate backgrounds could be compelled to act against their own interests in the same way without some kind of malign spiritual influence (Satan.)"

 This reflects my own views.  Think about it.  We have all these misanthropic movements all over the world.  Environmentalism, population control monsters who want to eliminate five to six billion people, and those the moderates among them, abortion, covid insanity with lockdowns,  and false vaccines.  Massive levels of divorce and single parent families,  the combination of multiple anti-life movements, and they all have one common denominator.  They represent destructive forces impacting mankind.  Is it so irrational to think there's a master mind behind all this?

Part III The Corruption is Far, Deep, Wide, and Heartbreaking

They've twisted every word, every law, and every principle of morality in order to achieve their vile goals.  Virginia Democrats already pushing abortion-on-demand amendment Ensuring the death of unborn children is their first priority, and a state  judge in North Dakota claims women have a fundamental right to abortion under the state constitution and overturned the law passed by the state legislature.  

In New York the Carmelite nuns had to lead the fight against New York's abortion mandate, which is a good indicator we've abandoned the concept of religious morality, unless their  "religious requirements" justify them murdering the innocent unborn.  So, shouldn't we call that human sacrifice?  Why is the is any different than the ancient pagans who threw their young children into the fire pits sacrificing them to Baal, burning them alive.  I find this heart breaking.  America is now voting in support of murder, and the Biden administration is trying to impose abortion rules on employers none of which are Constitutional by twisting laws in ways never intended. 

In one court another corrupt judge would not allow the defense to say ‘infanticide,’ ‘abortion,’ or ‘innocent lives’, because than might lend a sense of morality to their arguments.  In short, if it involves abortion, the rule of law and criminal procedure is thrown out the window.

Our taxes are going to support abortion groups to the tune of billions of dollars.  Remember the slippery slope? This is next story is disgusting, it's vile, it's real, it's legal, and this is evidence of how vile the abortionists are!  Two gay men decided they wanted a family, as in children, and so they "rented a uterus", in effect buying a child, but the woman had medical issues and decided to deliver a little boy early.  The "buyers" objected, and demanded she abort the child.  She refused, and it gets worse.  Under California's surrogacy laws these misfits had the "right" to withhold treatment needed to save the child's life, and he died.  Does that seem Satanic in anyone besides me?   At least this poor innocent child will not be in the clutches of these monsters.  

Remember Kermit Gosnell the abortionist monster who not only murdered the innocent unborn, he murdered any who survived by removing the babies from the mother's wombs, sniping their spinal cord, and drowning them  in a toxic fluid, while they were alive, making them legal American citizens with rights under the Constitution.  As the story played out it got even worse, but here was the bigger issue.  He's not alone out there.  Abortionists claimed he was just a rogue operator, but undercover recordings show murdering those who survived an abortion is far more common that was known before.  This corruption is so broad even  America’s top Catholic health network partners with abortionists. 

I'm flabbergasted at the praise RFK, Jr.'s getting from the conservative media. Pay Attention! He's a Kennedy, and he's a far left wing nutroll, as he bounced back and forth on abortion.  

In Arizona, the  Abortion ban failed because one mentally corrupt Republican voted with Democrats, and as an Ohioan I'm really upset at this.  Barbarian buckeyes, as now according to this account Ohio "has has become the nation’s most pro-abortion venue in the union."  Abortion, is a sickness that corrupts the character of a people.
 
This is nothing short of unabashed paganism of American culture and will be the nation’s undoing. I would rather lose on the issue of abortion than support the intentional killing of an innocent baby.  No matter what trimester it occurs in, abortion remains a gruesome procedure resulting in death. 

All who voted for this travesty in Ohio are accomplices to a crime against humanity.  There was a time when America actually believed the ten commandments and Judaic/Christian values were foundational to American culture. We're now "pragmatic" desiring to win elections at the cost of our fundamental values.  But if we no longer have a value system that clearly understands abortion is the murder of the innocent unborn, what values and principles do we have we're willing to stand up for?  If we can throw our values out of the window for abortion, which ones won't we throw out the window?

I keep hearing this "we were misled" argument, and how there was vast amounts of money poured into this crime against humanity vote by infanticide supporters.  But it still comes down to this. It isn't about money and you can't mislead anyone into believing that murdering the unborn innocent has benefits, or deprives a family of their "rights". It's murder, it's that simple, and that's the foundational moral issue. America is in serious need of a moral compass that actually points north.

Part IV: Not All Are On Board

Indiana was the first State to pass a near total ban on Abortion, and what happens, Eli Lilly turns on Indiana because it wants abortions for its employees.  "To its credit, the company kept quiet during the abortion debate, but now it’s stated that it no longer sees its future in the state that’s been its home for 146 years.  

Even when they get things right the get them wrong, and in this case where a federal court ended mail-order abortion pills but upholds FDA approval.  Does the term cognitive dissonance come to mind?

Another federal judge got it right, as he halted enforcement of the “Deceptive Practices of Limited Services Pregnancy Centers Act,”  "a bill passed in Illinois recently that targets pregnancy resource centers’ advertising and outreach.  During the case National Institute of Family Life Advocates et al v. Raoul, U.S. District Judge Iain Johnston halted the bill, saying, “The bill is painfully and blatantly a violation of the First Amendment.” Signed by Illinois Democratic Gov. J.B. Pritzker late last month, the law prohibits so-called “deceptive practices” in pregnancy centers. The law prompts legal scrutiny of pregnancy centers for “false pretense” and “misrepresentation,” while also blocking pro-life speech outside of abortion centers. Up to $50,000 in fines await violators of the act."

Another unconstitutional effort to censor those with opposing opinions, calling it misinformation.  Very convenient.   It seems clear to me, and I'm betting it would have seemed clear to the founders, the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause covers this:

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The founders would have viewed "person(s)" to include persons, born and unborn, but most certainly those once born, are persons with rights under the Constitution.  It should not be up to a corrupt medical profession to decide, nor should it be up to confused state legislatures who will go back and forth on this issue deciding if it's murder one day and a legal medical procedure on another day.
 
For Trump to declare the decision by SCOTUS leaving abortion up to the states is correct thinking, and then state he would veto any Congressional law that bans abortion nationally, is vile.   To show just how idiotic this is, think about this.   The federal government decides how much water can be flushed down our toilets, and the states have no say in that, and the list of federal imperatives is massive forcing states to comply, yet we're supposed to think, and accept the idea it's up to the states to decide the legality of murdering the innocent unborn, and the federal government should stay out of it.  Does the term cognitive dissonance come to mind?
 
Abortion is blatantly unconstitutional and should be treated as such.  It really is that simple.

Update, 12:26 PM - Mr. Mistake.  This appeared in the Canada free press, and it's a true story, and it should touch your heart, if it doesn't, you have no heart.  
 
As I read this it took my mind back to the two gays in my article who chose to let that small child die, a child that under the Constitution had rights.  Rights that were violated to appease two selfish, warped, vile men, and a corrupt medical staff in fear of a corrupt state law.  But that was a federal violation, and that should have overridden their "rights" to murder that poor child.  Why weren't they and all the hospital staff prosecuted for murder?  That child was born and had rights they violated.   That's what happens when we abandon foundational moral values.

When it Comes to Abortion, There's Only One Choice

The Democrats have only one issue in this upcoming election they believe is a winning issue for them, and that's abortion.  The right to murder the innocent unborn is being used against the Republicans, and especially Trump. 

Yesterday Dean Davis posted this article, Is the New Pro-Choice GOP Committing Political Suicide?, dealing with the fact Trump and JD Vance are both opposed to a national ban on abortion, that Trump would veto any such legislation, and SCOTUS was right that the states should decide that issue.  He states:

Imagine, then, our shock and dismay now that President Trump and much of the GOP leadership have rejected the historic GOP position on abortion and the sanctity of human life.

The litany of President Trump’s recent statements is all too familiar.  He has told us that the SCOTUS got it right, that abortion law is best left to the states and the (diverse and ever-shifting) will of the voters.  Though he personally opposes late-term abortions, he is fine with letting blue states permit them, even up to birth.  He thinks current abortion law in Florida, Arizona, and some 14 other states (law that has saved thousands of lives) is too restrictive.

I find this position by Trump and Vance to be vile. Abortion is the murder of the innocent unborn, and violates all the principles outlined in the Constitution, and the human conscience!  Once the human conscience has been scarred, there's no end to the horrors humanity can perpetrate.

Those shifting values are the result of the corruption of truth by the Pravda media, and the leftist controlled system of education in America destroying foundational Judaic/Christian values of the nation, and many heretical "Christian" and "Jewish" religious "leaders" have become vile in their support of this corruption.  

Then there's the "Trump made a smart, pragmatic decision" argument saying "any rational individual would rather see Trump reelected by playing a little chess than lose by being a martyr."  

Then there are those who point out unlike other Republican Presidents Trump has appointed judges to SCOTUS who would vote against Roe v. Wade, and did.  

The problem with these arguments are three fold.  

First, I really get tired of the "pragmatic" argument.  Who wants a leader that stands on the hill waving a flag that says, "I stand for consensus", instead of a leader with the courage to say, "I stand for truth, justice, and the protection of human life."   True leaders are willing to draw lines in the sand and tell the world, "you're wrong, you're going the wrong way, and I'm going to tell you why!"  And then fight with truthful and solidly rational arguments, unflinchingly!  

Those who say, "I oppose abortion personally, but I don’t want to impose my view of
abortion on others” is a hypocritical corruption in truth, morality, and logic.   How about this!  Would the argument, "While I oppose slavery personally, it's okay if my neighbors have slaves", resonate with you?

Secondly, there's no way a President can know what happens to these jurists once they're seated.  Trump just got lucky.   And based on some of the decisions by these so-called "traditionalist" judges, we can see how lucky.

Entirely too many of these judicial nominees are closet liberals when it comes to the Constitution, because culture is king.  The entire structure of America's legal system, from academia to sitting jurists, is made up of entirely too many leftists who take on an air of self-righteous arrogance, and I believe traditionalists fear being ostracized from their culture.  Heterodoxy isn't for the faint of heart.  It takes guts, it takes determination, and the willingness to be attacked unendingly, just as we've seen Justice Thomas being attacked.

Finally there's the argument for justifying this is that it "should be up to the states" is because "people in Alabama would think differently on the issue than people in California."   That's a false narrative.  First, can anyone name one issue where that hasn't been the case?  The federal government doesn't operate on a "they think differently" philosophy when it comes to rule making.  The federal government has ignored those value differences time after time, after time, on every major issue the nation has faced, and imposed a one size fits all solution, and no objections are allowed, and the courts have consistently supported that.  I'll tell you what, we'll come back to that.
 
The Chevron ruling is just one example, and those rules weren't even imposed by Congress, they were imposed on the nation by unelected bureaucrats.  So, why is abortion different? Why is murdering the innocent unborn less important than issues involving race, the environment, education, and more, where the federal government demands obsolete obedience.... or else!  
 
But somehow it's up to the states, with their shifting and often unstable values, to decide if murdering the innocent unborn is constitutional.   It's an issue of guts, and the willingness to stand against the current of immoral, murderous, misanthropic, and irrational social paradigms.
 
In this election anti-abortion forces have two choices.  Which means they only have one choice, and it's not Kamala, who would unleash the federal government deep state operatives against any state that chose life versus murder.  And then the argument that states think differently won't matter any longer.  With the left that was nothing more than a smoke screen argument using our own values against us.  That's what communists do.
 
One last point.  I'm a firm believer someone is watching the slaughter of all this innocent blood, and there will be an accounting for this vileness.

Colorado, as we knew you, goodbye

The 2022 midterm election results for Colorado say that the state as it was is no more.  Colorado went even bluer this election, and it will not be coming back.

"The idea that somehow Colorado is still purplish or has a red streak to it, no, I don't see it at all," said  Jon Caldara of the Independence Institute on IITV's Devil's Advocate show.  "All of that was absolutely mind-boggling, but what really got me was in the state Legislature."

Caldara interviewed Marianne Goodland, Colorado legislative reporter for Colorado Politics.  She said, "This is going to be a far more progressive Legislature than we've seen in some time."

Looking at the election overall, Caldara said that nobody saw this coming, that redistricting was thought only to help Republicans.  Senate seats were thought to be more competitive for Republicans because of redistricting, but that turned out not to be the case.........To Read More....
